Of course they would make the Christian of the group as stereotypical as possible, just like in The New Normal. In case you’re wondering, not all Christians are crazy f**kheads who think gays are devil worshipers and that Obama is the anti-christ. Just like there are radical Muslims, there are radical Christians. Don’t let tv shows & the media shape your definition of religion. Form your own thoughts by meeting different types of people. I’m a Christian and I’m sure as hell not like her!

^^^^^

True, but I think they depicted her as a person that presented herself as a christian but does not act like a christian should. They have other characters who are christian and don’t act like she does.

But I do think she represents a good chunk of the Christians out there. Probably the majority in the United States. ESPECIALLY in the part of the country where I live. She represents the hatefulness and the bigotry and the just ultimate stupidity. However, there are cool characters in the show who happen to be Christians. Samuel Larson’s character Joe Hart, for example. But Ryan Murphy presents us characters like Kitty and Nana because that’s what America seems to be swarming with. The government is full of these types. The leaders of your communities are mainly this type. And that needs to change. He’s giving the teenagers something to think about. Who do we want to see running our lives when we’re in our 30s and 40s? People like Kitty and Nana, or people who are actually decent human beings?
